Position Title: Digital Content Administrator (with ServiceM8 experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM NSW, AU Time or 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time
Holiday to follow: NSW, AU Holidays
Workdays: Mon - Fri

About the Role
Our client, a growing business in NSW, is seeking a Digital Content Administrator with strong skills in document management and digital asset creation. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage inbound calls, develop ServiceM8-compatible documents, and support the team with digital content and administrative tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and keen to contribute to the smooth operation of both client-facing and internal business processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Phone Management
· Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally using the VOIP Telephone System.
· Direct calls to the appropriate team members or take clear and accurate messages.
2. Digital Content Administration
· Create and edit Word documents tailored for use with the ServiceM8 Job Management System (including Merge Fields and “If Then” statements).
· Design and modify digital assets using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools.
· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high quality across all content and documents.
3. Communication
· Collaborate with team members to gather information for document creation.
· Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff on updates and clarifications.
4. Time & Task Management
· Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
· Ensure all tasks are completed within working hours.
· Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Digital Content Administrator or in a similar administrative/creative role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word (advanced skills including Merge Fields & logic statements).
· Experience with the ServiceM8 Job Management System (training can be provided).
· Graphic design experience with Adobe, Canva, or equivalent tools.
· CRM administration experience (e.g., Go High Level).
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and quality output.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
Nice to Haves (Not Essential)
· Website creation/administration (cPanel, WordPress, DIVI, HTML, Java).
· Advanced CRM management (GoHighLevel, landing pages, social/email marketing).
· Creation and management of landing pages and CRM project pipelines.
· GoHighLevel configuration and campaign management.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
