Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
3 years or more experience in digital marketing (hospitality or F&B preferred)
Proficiency in Google Ads, META, Mailchimp, Experience with CMS (e.g, WordPress)
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
Brief Job Description of Duties:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to promote the brand, villas, dining, packages and events.
- Manage paid ads (Google Ads, META, Instagram., etc.)
- Create and manage content calendars for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
- Monitor engagement and interact with online audiences.
- Analyze and adjust social performance based on insights.
- Ensure website content is up to date, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
- Track website traffic, bounce rates and user behavior with tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers as needed.
- Design and send newsletters and promotional emails.
- Manage subscriber lists and segmentation.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
