A Dimsum Maker should have knowledge and experience in making various types of Dimsum, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking Dimsum dishes, ensuring consistency and quality, and working efficiently with other kitchen staff to deliver delicious food to our customers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- With knowledge in Dimsum Ingredients (e.g., siomai, siopao, hakaw, xiaolongbao etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards for all dishes.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of orders.
- Work efficiently under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated Highschool/Vocational course
- Proven experience in making and cooking various dim sum dishes.
- In-depth knowledge of ingredients used in traditional dim sum such as siomai, hakaw, xiaolongbao, siopao and etc.
- Skilled in preparing authentic fillings, doughs, and sauces for dim sum.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Creative and open to developing new dim sum recipes and techniques.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
