The Dining Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean, welcoming, and organized dining environment. This role involves preparing dining areas, serving food and beverages, assisting guests or residents, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Greet guests or residents in a friendly, professional manner.
- Prepare dining areas before service (e.g., setting tables, restocking condiments, folding napkins).
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Clear and clean tables after meals.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and related areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with food prep or delivery if needed (depending on the setting).
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.
Qualifications:
- A graduated of BS in Hospitality Management.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
