satisfaction of every individual guest.
6. Maintains the conversation and does not expose any sensitive topics to the guest.
7. Ensures that minimum brand standards are consistently implemented if not surpassed.
8. Responds to the results of the Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are executed.
9. Conducts weekly and monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and dining supplies. Makes
orders, or advises superiors of the need to make orders.
10. Has a thorough knowledge of menu and presentation standards and sound knowledge of beverage
preparation techniques.
11. Ensures that the store is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the heart of house areas.
12. Applies Food & Beverage service techniques correctly at all times, serving items with enthusiasm.
13. Completes the daily responsibilities that are set for each individual shift.
14. Reviews order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order requirements accordingly.
15. Recognizes and ensures application of the step of the billing process.
16. Anticipates any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully.
17. Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
18. Wipes table tops and chairs, using damp, sanitized cloth.
19. Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and china.
20. Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
21. Serves beverages to guests and provides refills to guests in a timely manner.
22. Cleans and polishes glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment.
23. May sweep and mop floors when necessary.
24. May run errands and deliver food orders to offices and be designated Runner.
25. Communicates effectively to know the daily task assigned.
26. Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the
policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
27. Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
28. Responds to changes in the Food & Beverage function as dictated by the industry.
29. Receive and store supplies. Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.
30. Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
31. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to business
requirements.
