Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Development Communication, Public
Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in alumni relations, student services, or
institutional advancement.
- Strong alignment with the Lasallian mission and demonstrated commitment to faith-based
service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in alumni database systems, project management, and event coordination.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Decision making, conflict management, coordination, communication, computer interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
