JOB DESCRIPTION
- Dishwashing: Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including equipment and workstations.
- Organization: Properly storing clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Waste Management: Removing trash and recycling and ensuring proper disposal.
- Assisting with Food Prep: Helping with basic food preparation tasks like peeling, portioning, and cutting, as needed.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Cleaning and sanitizing floors, work areas, and equipment.
- Following Safety Procedures: Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Restocking Supplies: Monitoring dishwashing supplies and reporting needs to the kitchen supervisor.
- Assisting with other tasks: Helping with other cleaning duties and tasks as needed by the kitchen staff.
