KITCHEN STEWARD
Job Responsibilities:
· Collects used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
· Clean dishes, glasses, and equipment.
· Ensures availability of clean dishes, glasses, utensils, and equipment.
· Assists in setting-up workstations before meal preparation begins.
· Maintains and re-orders cleaning supplies.
· Ensures kitchen and food waste are disposed according to sanitation and safety standards.
· Sanitizes the whole kitchen area according to standards.
Qualifications:
· At least a High School graduate
· Has at least six (6) months’ work experience as a Dishwasher / Utility Staff
· Has the ability to stand and/or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
