Shipment Coordination:
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments for various clients.
- Schedule and monitor freight movements, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records, databases, and digital files.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment status, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
