Job Overview:
We are seeking for a full-time Distributor Specialist to join our team, responsible for promoting and selling our products to different accounts like Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retail Stores in CALABARZON area. The ideal candidate should have experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry and a proven ability to build strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retail Stores in CALABARZON
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products.
- Identify new business opportunities with the Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retail Stores.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to provide product knowledge, promotions, and service updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Agent, or any similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry within the CALABARZON or nearby provinces.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to do field work and be assigned in different areas of concerns
- Preferably residing in Batangas or within CALABARZON
- Preferably with own motorcycle. (Maintenance and Gas Allowance is provided by the company)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
