- Supervise, train, and motivate Medical Representatives to ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor and analyze district performance against sales goals and KPIs.
- Strategically plan and execute sales activities and product launches.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Provide timely feedback, coaching, and reports to upper management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Proven experience in sales team management / district or area management
Willing to travel and handle multiple areas
With existing network or background in handling doctors, hospitals, or medical accounts (advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
