General
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding maintenance of equipment.
- Regularly report to Mechanical Engineer/s regarding schedule of maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and assistance in conducting actual equipment repairs and rescue as well as preventive
- Ensure that the implementation of activities in the Maintenance Department is aligned with the integrated management system of the company (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Assist the Mechanical Engineer/s in completing the details in the Job Order once the PMS/repair is done.
- Assist the Mechanical Engineer/s in completing the Equipment/Facility History Record.
Other tasks
- Assist in updating the Tire Monitoring Record.
- Assist in updating the Battery Monitoring Record.
- Assist in updating the Rob-out Monitoring Record.
- Provide insights and suggestions in the improvement of Maintenance procedures, forms, and programs.
- Provide assistance to the maintenance department in terms of documentation, where needed.
- Communicate effectively and openly to the management (Executive Director, Maintenance Supervisor, Equipment Maintenance Manager) all concerns or issues pertaining to the assigned duties and responsibilities, and scope of work.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Jr Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor or Equipment Maintenance Manager or Executive Director
