Job Summary
- Archiving files and record correctly
- Manages incoming and outgoing project documents
- Ensure all the documents saved and safeguard from destruction
- Prepare attachment and photos for DWAR, Weekly and Monthly Report
- Prepare Employee's Daily Time Record
- Coordinate with HR for site concerns
- Perform edits on documents
- Assist in the day to day admin operations and other administration requirements of the office
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on project as needed
- Copy, scan and store documents
- Managing supplies for office (file folders, pencil, ballpen, etc.)
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Graduate any related field.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Programs
- Can Multi-task.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to be assign in outside Metro Manila (Tanay Rizal).
- Salary is negotiable upon interview.
Job Type: Full-time
