Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm QLD, AU Time or 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time
Holiday to follow: QLD, AU Holidays

Our client is a reputable and growing company based in Australia, known for delivering high-quality projects and services across their industry. As part of their expansion, they are looking for an experienced Draftsman / Estimator to join their team.
About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Draftsman / Estimator with 3+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in producing accurate technical drawings and project estimates, with a strong understanding of Australian building standards and codes.
You’ll be working closely with the project management, sales, and production teams to prepare designs, support quoting processes, and help drive project efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting:
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD or similar software
- Interpret and develop drawings from architectural and engineering plans
- Revise and update drawings based on project requirements or changes
- Ensure all drawings comply with Australian standards and codes
Estimating:
- Prepare and submit cost estimates and quotations for various projects
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analyses based on drawings and specifications
- Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, bids, and project proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate scope definition and cost forecasting
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Draftsman / Estimator role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar)
- Strong estimating skills and experience using estimating software or tools
- Solid understanding of Australian construction methods, standards, and codes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in both drafting and cost estimation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude
Desirable (Not Essential):
- Familiarity with BIM processes and 3D modelling
- Experience working in a fast-paced small to medium business environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
