The Administrator at Western Visayas Driving Institute (WVDI), Dumaguete Branch, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch. This multifaceted position encompasses managing daily operations, overseeing sales and expenses, handling customer interactions, scheduling, coordinating marketing events, managing the vehicle fleet, and performing essential administrative tasks to comply with local regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the driving school's activities.
- Financial Oversight: Manage sales and monitor expenses to ensure the branch operates within budget, aiming for profitability and financial health.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, providing high-quality service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling Coordination: Organize schedules for both instructors and students, facilitating smooth learning experiences and efficient use of resources.
- Marketing and Events: Coordinate and participate in marketing events to promote the driving school, attract new clients, and maintain engagement with the community.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the management of the vehicle fleet, ensuring maintenance is up-to-date, and vehicles are safe and ready for use.
- Compliance and Administration: Handle branch administrative tasks, including securing the mayor's permit, managing contributions to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, and coordinating with the LTO for permits and accreditations.
- Student Registration: Register students and manage their certificates with biometrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the office environment, ensuring it is clean, organized, and conducive to both staff and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or service-oriented setting.
