- Manage up to 50 client stores across platforms such as Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and TikTok Shop using the 2-step drop shipping model.
- Ensure strict compliance with platform policies to avoid suspensions and maintain account health.
- Maintain profitability benchmarks, targeting a minimum of $1,000 net profit/month per store (assuming clients provide adequate working capital).
- Provide timely and clear communication with all clients via Slack, including regular updates and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate logistics through a prep center equipped for 2-step drop shipping workflows.
- Monitor and optimize product listings, order fulfillment, customer service, and returns to maximize efficiency and profits.
- Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot account or order-related issues across multiple platforms.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven Experience in E-commerce Management: Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple online stores, specifically on platforms like Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
- Expertise in 2-Step Drop Shipping: Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with the 2-step drop shipping model, including inventory handling and supplier coordination.
- Strong Understanding of Platform Policies: Deep familiarity with marketplace compliance standards and risk mitigation strategies to maintain account health and avoid suspensions.
- Results-Oriented with Profitability Focus: Track record of achieving and maintaining profitability goals, with the ability to consistently generate at least $1,000 net profit/month per store when properly capitalized.
- Excellent Client Communication Skills: Proficient in professional communication tools such as Slack, with the ability to provide clear updates, manage expectations, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination: Experience working with prep centers or logistics partners, specifically within the 2-step drop shipping framework.
