We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis to drive online revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Platform Management: Maintain, update, and optimize our online store(s) on platforms such Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok
- Product Listings & Content: Create, optimize, and manage product descriptions, images, pricing, and categories for an improved shopping experience.
- SEO & Digital Marketing: Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility. Collaborate on PPC campaigns, social media ads, and email marketing efforts.
- Sales & Performance Analysis: Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and key performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools. Provide reports and insights to improve sales.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Enhance UI/UX, resolve technical issues, and streamline checkout processes to improve user satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment.
- Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure stock availability and timely order processing.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute seasonal promotions, discount strategies, and affiliate marketing campaigns to boost sales.
- Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee and TikTok)
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
