ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for design, and is highly skilled at executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing all the company's digital marketing campaigns, designing visual marketing materials, maintaining pricing lists and inbound lead materials, updating design elements across the company's website as required, and managing data accuracy in both Shopify and the company's inventory database.
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform the following email marketing responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns regularly
- Build funnels to assess and segment email databases for targeted outreach
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize and improve lead conversion outcomes
- Suggest and implement performance improvements as the processes evolve
- Perform the following graphic design responsibilities:
- Create visual assets in line with the company's brand guidelines for digital and print, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and sales materials
- Ensure brand and tone of voice consistency across all visual content
- Remain in tune with the latest advancements in technology for both still and video content
- Perform the following sales material and price list creation-related tasks:
- Design and maintain up-to-date price lists, catalogs, and promotional materials for the Australia team to utilize
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure materials are always up to date and meet client needs
- Build bespoke presentations and materials for larger prospects to assist with new business close rates
- Perform the following Shopify-based marketing activities:
- Manage and update the Shopify store with marketing content, promotions, and graphics as required
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and apps available via Shopify to improve the company's online customer experience while also improving overall sales outcomes
- Assist with product launches, campaigns, and SEO optimization across the company website and Google Business Manager
- Perform the following website content and graphics-related tasks:
- Design and update website graphics, banners, and content to support campaigns and promotions
- Work with web developers (if needed) to implement changes
- Develop and present one new campaign idea per month for the company to consider trialling
- Perform the following database management responsibilities:
- Maintain and enrich the company's contact databases
- Assist with CRM integration, management, and list segmentation strategies
- Utilize real-time company data to build lists of new prospects for targeted outreach campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role (ideally with an Australian business)
- Previous experience with a wholesale business or high-ticket parts or equipment business is preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and similar tools
- Photography and/or video editing skills are also preferred
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Shopify email (prior results/metrics to be shared before an interview)
- High competency with Shopify, Google Suite, and an understanding of inventory management systems (like Unleashed)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media advertising platforms is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
