A BRIEF OVERVIEW
Responsible for developing and managing the Hypercare process for designated regions, sites, or projects. Analyze key performance indicators and processes to enhance employee engagement and retention, driving best practices and innovative strategies to meet organizational goals. Support and mentor assigned team members to optimize their performance.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
•Identify process improvement opportunities to drive employee engagement and retention across all assigned GEOs, countries, sites, or projects. •Partner with regional or site leaders from Operations, Training, HR, Facilities, Talent Acquisition, etc., to ensure effective execution of the Hypercare process (capture feedback, analyze data, implement actions, and communicate with employees). •Proactively provide relevant data analysis and feedback, fostering best practices and innovative strategies to meet organizational goals. •Provide ongoing support and mentorship to assigned team members. •Oversee and coordinate daily team activities to optimize performance and success. •Lead special projects related to new surveys, survey enhancements, or data analysis as required. •Perform other duties as assigned by management.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!
·Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Engagement is required.·Proven Leadership, Time Management, Analytical thinking, Proactivity, and Result orientation skills are required.·Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to business needs and processes.
