I. BASIC FUNCTION
The job holder is a technically skilled member of the sales team whocontributes to the growth and profitability of Asian Vision affiliates by being responsible forhelping customers draw up requirements and selecting the correct products and servicesof the corporate and enterprise accounts with the following Key Result Areas (KRA):

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Pre-Sales
1.1. Coordinates with Enterprise Sales Specialist (ESS) in scoping the requirement of new and existing account/client
1.2. Coordinates with Network Group and internal peers for the serviceability of the client’s site
1.3. Coordinates with suppliers, vendors, Systems Integrators (SIs), and industry partners in providing turn-key solutions to the clients
1.4. Draws up and designs the solution tailored to the requirements of the customer
1.5. Prepares and submits to ESS the updated and final Bill of Materials (BOM)
1.6. Responds to requests for technical information or presentations and supply the technical details of proposed solutions.
1.7. Keeps records and database of solutions designed for the specific client
1.8. Leads the implementation if a service and/or product demo is needed and requested by the client.
2. Implementation
2.1. Leads the implementation of service delivery of the closed account
2.2. Coordinates with internal and external peers for the completion of service delivery
2.3. Coordinates with ESS for updates and status of the account
2.4. Responsible for the installation, setup, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of customer-premise equipment such as servers, firewalls, network securities, and other related network appliances.
2.5. Responsible for the installation, setup, configuration, and maintenance of client’s routers, a local-area network (LAN), wireless-fidelity network (Wi-Fi), access points (AP) and other related local networking.
2.6. Responsible for installing, configuring, configuring, and maintaining value-added services (VAS) at the customer premise, e.g. VOIP routers, sip phones, softphones, and IP cameras.
2.7. Responsible for completing proper documents such as Circuit Acceptance Forms
3. Post-Sales or After-Sales Support
3.1. Provides post-sales or after-sales technical support to Enterprise accounts
3.2. Coordinates with ESS for updates and status of the account
3.3. Responsible for the regular and periodic maintenance of corporate and enterprise accounts.
3.4. Coordinates with Network Group and/or Technical Administrators for the corrective maintenance of corporate clients
3.5. Coordinates with clients or corporate accounts for customer/technical feedback
3.6. Coordinates with industry partners, vendors, and clients for network restoration, repair, and inquiries.
3.7. Analyzes and provide an accurate answer for the restoration and resolution of the client’s technical problem
3.8. Prepares and submits technical reports as requested by corporate clients
4. Other Duties
4.1. Conducts training and mentoring on fiber, data, broadband, and cable internet technologies
4.2. Performs product evaluation, system analysis, and development to keep our systems current with changing technologies.
4.3. Monitors and maintains an inventory of assigned company assets and accountabilities.
4.4. Strictly observe safety procedures and standards at all times.
4.5. Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
