Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Make sure that the right materials arrive at the site on time
2. Assist warehousemen in preparation of various documents (e.g. requisitions, account applications, daily diary etc.)
3. Assist the purchasing department with billing discrepancies.
4. Conduct physical inventories, verify stock and identify losses.
5. Prepare and send out quotes to vendors.
6. Work and deal with vendors directly to make sure accurate and on time delivery of goods to appropriate locations.
7. Expedite activities or purchase items at various vendors to meet the project’s schedule.
8. Track orders, receive goods, and place products into inventory.
9. Handle shipping, receiving and tracking of packages.
10. Performs other related functions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering or any related course
2. Minimum of one (1) year related work experience
3. High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
4. Creative, forward thinker.
5. Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
6. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
7. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
8. A reliable professional who follows organization procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.
