We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Real Estate Executive assistant to help the client with various tasks. Must have experience in the required tasks mentioned below
Job Description & Requirement:
The virtual assistant will manage their time accordingly by prioritizing and will complete and organize tasks/documents and data.
- General Admin work such as responding to emails, messages, calendar management
- Coordinating with vendors and uploading details in MLS for new listings
- Scheduling showings by calling listing agents
- Basic Social Media experience to create content/graphics about listings and other real estate related matters
- CRM Management Experience with Follow Up Boss CRM is a must (Importing and Organizing leads, Creating Email Drip Campaigns, Newsletters, Adding tags, segments, Adding tasks for follow ups, Sending out mass texts and emails, etc)
- Experience is other CRMs is a plus but Follow Up Boss is a must
- Transaction Coordinator experience is a plus
Skills -
- Proficiency in Follow Up Boss CRM
- Social Media content creation experience
- Good English Communication Skills
- Must be proactive in learning and doing tasks with minimal supervision
- Positive can-do attitude
- Flexible and willing to work any US time zone
- No issues using a tracker
- Must have work from home set-up (Computer, Internet, Quiet workspace, Back-up for internet and power)
Pay Rate: $5-5.50 per hour
