Job Description
The Field Tech Support Engineer functions as the main Globe Proponent leading vendors to successfully execute key Broadband Field Activities. The role involves project management and strategic execution
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drives key Broadband field projects that promote new technology showcases, competitive growth and customer retention
- Develops comprehensive reports for key field project updates
- Able to lead cross functional teams without direct authority
- Addresses project showstoppers and develops preventive solutions
- Delivers effective project cascades on a large audience scale and leads key field personnel to produce the defined results of the project
