Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PH Time)
Main Goal:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Meta Ads Specialist to help manage, optimize, and report on Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Meta Ads Manager, understand performance metrics, and be confident in both the technical and strategic aspects of running ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Campaign Setup & Management
- Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Build custom audiences and lookalike audiences
- Ensure proper pixel installation and tracking
- Collaborate on ad creatives and copy with internal team or designers
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPL, ROAS, etc.
- Adjust budgets, targeting, and placements as needed to improve results
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes and policy updates
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide actionable insights based on ad performance
- Identify trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience running and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
- Familiar with ad metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPL, CPM, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for reporting
- Experience with creative testing, funnel strategies, and retargeting campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Meta pixel and event setup
Communication & Reliability
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and manage campaigns without close supervision
- Dependable and consistent in meeting deadlines and performance goals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
