Key Responsibilities:
Perform general facilities maintenance such asrepairs, installations, and preventive upkeep of office, production, and utility areas.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of wiring, lighting, outlets, circuit breakers, panels, and other electrical systems.
Assist in installation of electrical fixtures, equipment, and appliances in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.
Monitor and maintain electrical systems to prevent downtime and ensure efficient energy usage.
Respond promptly to facility-related issues and service requests (plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, etc.) as assigned.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report potential hazards, defects, or malfunctions.
Support preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the life cycle of company assets and equipment.
Coordinate with external contractors or service providers for major repairs, ensuring quality and compliance with company policies.
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities (logbooks, checklists, service reports).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
Qualification:
High school graduate, vocational course, or TESDA-certified in Electrical Installation & Maintenance (or related field).
At least 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance with focus on electrical works.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and air-conditioning systems is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when needed.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Note:
This position is contractual based (6 months per contract).
