QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business
Administration, or related field.
At least4–5 years of experience in F&B operations, with 2+ years in
managerial role.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience
handling multiple outlets/teams.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, financial
management, and customer service.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational ski
Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets,
ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Lead banquet and event operations, ensuring smooth
execution and memorable guest experiences.

Lead, train, and motivate restaurant supervisors,
banquet managers, and F&B staff.
●
Oversee manpower planning, scheduling, and
performance management.
●
Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous
improvement, and service excellence.
●
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food,
beverages, and service across all outlets.
●
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and
professionally.
●
Uphold brand standards and ensure F&B operations
contribute to positive guest reviews and repeat
business.
