Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our pre-opening team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and banquet functions, delivering exceptional guest service and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise F&B operations including restaurant, bar, and banquet service.
- Lead daily briefings and ensure service standards are met.
- Monitor inventory, requisitions, and cost controls.
- Train and mentor staff, ensuring consistent performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and events team for seamless service.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in F&B or restaurant supervision (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of banquet service operations is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Pre-opening or resort experience is an advantage.
