JOB TITLE: Food and Beverage Supervisor (for a 5 star island resort in Palawan)
Salary: Depending on work experience, single occupancy accommodation, 4 flight tickets per year to and from Palawan, all meals on island, medical insurance , laundry of uniforms
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced F&B Supervisor with strong leadership, guest service, and team management skills in luxury hospitality. Proficient in food, beverage, and service etiquette. Excellent communication, adaptable under pressure, with a creative, professional, and service-driven attitude. Hospitality training or certification preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overseeing all food and beverage operations on Private Island under the direction of the Guest Services Manager.
Responsibilities include ensuring consistent and quality hospitality services, training, and managing the subordinate, maintaining organized F&B areas, monitoring inventory, arrange dining experiences for guests, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Perform wine service, and guest interaction. Observing service etiquette is crucial.

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
