(EPI) is the renewable energy arm of Nickel Asia Corporation (NAC), dedicated to developing large-scale solar, wind, hydropower, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and other renewable energy projects across the Philippines. As a key player in the country’s shift to clean energy, EPI is committed to delivering innovative and sustainable power solutions.
We are looking for a Field Accounting Associate who will be responsible for providing on-site finance and accounting support to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of transactions in our renewable energy project sites. The role will also handle site administrative tasks, coordinate with the head office finance team, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and supporting site activities that contribute to the success of our renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks at the project site, including petty cash management, expense monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Prepare and submit regular site financial reports to the head office.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for billing and payment concerns.
- Maintain organized records of all financial and administrative transactions.
- Support procurement activities, including request for quotation and payment preparation and purchase order tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations.
- Provide administrative support such as record-keeping, logistics coordination, and site documentation.
- Participate in audits and inventory counts as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a project or field-based setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
