We are currently looking for applicants for the following positions:
- Sr. Associate - Field Sales
- Sr. Associate - Retail Sales
- Sr. Engineer - Field Service
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct frequent shop visits to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, dealer owners, and other stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Lead ground-level sales activities, including the creation and implementation of promotional activities within the area.
- Act as a shop consultant, providing guidance to improve the image of 3S shops for ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product familiarization seminars to dealer branches to ensure product knowledge is up to date.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on field activities, dealer performance, and market conditions.
- Present dealer performance findings to management and stakeholders as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of dealer-related issues.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or service-related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Must be willing to travel frequently and confidently drive within the assigned territory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for a motorcycle or four-wheel vehicle is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for reporting and data analysis.
