Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field audits at retail stores to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train audit staff, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, shrinkage risks, and fraud indicators.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to implement process improvements.
- Monitor follow-up actions to ensure audit recommendations are executed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail auditing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of retail audit, loss prevention, or operational compliance experience.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel frequently to retail locations.
- Tacurong based and willing to handle SOCCSKSARGEN area.
