The Job
- Contacts delinquent customers to discuss account status.
- Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
- Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment.
- Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.
The Ideal Candidate
- You Live in the area of: Binan, Laguna
- Must have a valid Driver's License and owns a Motorcycle
- Field Collection experience preferred but not required
- Computer literate
