We're looking for a City Executive for a transport technology company based in India that provides live bus tracking service and contactless payment solutions to transform everyday bus travel into a safer and more reliable experience.
The City Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the company's operations at the city level. This role ensures smooth deployment of hardware, coordination with transport partners, and monitoring of operational tools to enhance the public transportation experience through the company's tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing strategic operational plans for the deployment and management of the company's solutions in the city
- Coordinate with transport partners and internal teams to ensure timely execution of field activities
- Schedule and oversee GPS and electronic ticketing machine installations
- Accurately document vehicle and hardware data to ensure smooth pre-launch operations
- Monitor GPS, Electronic Ticketing Machine, Dispatcher, and Data Tool dashboards to identify and resolve real-time issues
- Train conductors and vehicle crew members on the use of Electronic Ticketing Machines and ensure effective adoption
- Support implementation and testing of company's live tracking application including ETA validation and app visibility
- Gather feedback from transport partners and field personnel to help improve system effectiveness and operational workflows
- Provide regular operational updates and escalation of issues to the Operations Supervisor/Manager
Knowledge, Skills And Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year college level or vocational course in operations, technology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in operational roles, preferably in transport or tech-driven environments
- Strong organizational and execution skills with an attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage field teams and external stakeholders
- Basic technical understanding of GPS systems, data dashboards, and electronic ticketing
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple field assignments
- Must own a 2-wheel vehicle for on-ground mobility during operations strategies that align with broader organizational goals.

- Issue Resolution: Prompt and effective resolution of dashboard issues with minimal downtime
- Training Effectiveness: Clear, actionable training with high adoption and positive feedback from conductors and vehicle crew
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
