The Job
- Responsible for On-Site recruitment by attending Job Fairs, Local Recruitment Activities and Company Events.
- Source and screen candidates from the event
- Sourcing Activity ( Flyering, PESO Visit and POS Visit for referrals)
- Willingness to travel frequently to different locations.
- Conduct Face-to-face initial interviews and Endorse to Hiring Managers
- Develop and execute a recruiting plan for open positions
- Assist with the plan and implementation to centralize field recruiting
- Provide Candidates with benefits overview and discuss the next step process.
The Ideal Candidate
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Required language (s): English, Filipino, Local dialect
- At least 6 months of working experience in mass hiring, preferably in Field recruitment
- Required Skill (s): Recruitment, Sourcing
- Can start ASAP
- Ability to travel within the region
