· Promotions and Sales: Keep customers informed about current promotions, discounts, and special offers to enhance their shopping experience.
· Negotiation Skills: Foster mutually beneficial relationships by negotiating fair and profitable transactions that meet both customer and company goals.
· Market Awareness: Continuously monitor competitor offers, sales trends, and tactics to stay ahead in the market and offer competitive solutions.
