We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Sales Agents to join our team. This role involves conducting daily field work, engaging in house-to-house selling, promoting products, and building strong customer relationships within assigned communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct daily field visits and promote products directly to households
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Work effectively under varying weather conditions
- Attend and complete a 14-day training program
- Uphold professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School, Senior High School, or College graduate
- Age 18–35 years old
- Willing to do daily field work
- Experience in house-to-house selling is an advantage
- Willing to work under any weather conditions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Complete government records (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- With good moral character (honest, hardworking, trustworthy, etc.)

Pay: Php510.00 per day
