Qualifications:
- STRONG COMMUNICATION & NEGOTIATION SKILLS
- GOAL DRIVEN AND RESULTS-ORIENTED
- CONFIDENT AND SMART
- with MICROFINANE EXPERIENCE
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Motivate and form new groups. (clients/members)
- Providing loans to members to help them start or expand their businesses.
- Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentations, and weekly center meetings.
- Implement Orientation
- Maintain good relationship with clients (new & existing)
