Job Summary
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Finance Associate with a strong background in US accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to comprehend US English at a high level. You will be responsible for leading our accounting team in a newly pioneered method of accounting for accuracy, training, and mentoring team members.

Duties
Lead and manage a team of accountants
Train and mentor team members on US accounting and bookkeeping principles
Implement and maintain our new accounting method for accuracy
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies
Analyse financial data and provide insights for business growth
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations
Experience
4+ years of experience in US accounting and bookkeeping
Strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to comprehend English at a high level (written and spoken)
Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to finish projects without delays
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Pay: From Php22,700.00 per month
