Job Description
- Compute product cost and process the intercompany costing
- Update necessary details for item receipt in the system
- Journalize the variances between invoice and actual item received
- Record importation input VAT in the system
- Allocation of landed cost and updating of manual cost sheet for matching with system generated cost
- Recording inventory adjustments (adjust in and out)
- Updating od VAT exempt schedule with Authority to Release Import Goods
- Updating of consolidated landed cost every 15th of the month and 5th of the following month
- Assist with costing disposal list and preparation of inventory list at the end of the year
- Reconciliation of assigned accounts such as accrued purchases. accounts payable foreign trade, cogs incidental expenses and other accounts that will be assigned
- Manage or assist in physical count
- Filing of importation files and other documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
