Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between finance operations and ERP technology. In this role, you will work closely with both finance and technical teams to ensure ERP systems effectively support core financial functions. You will play a key role in gathering business requirements, configuring ERP financial modules, and optimizing processes related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document finance-related business requirements
- Configure, test, and support ERP systems, with a focus on AP, AR, and GL modules
- Conduct system testing, facilitate end-user training, and provide post-implementation support
- Identify and troubleshoot ERP-related financial issues and coordinate resolutions
- Maintain documentation of workflows, system configurations, and process improvements
- Recommend enhancements to financial processes through ERP-driven solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in AP, AR, and GL functions
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or NetSuite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Willing to work onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
