- Filing financial documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and supporting other finance team members.
- Reconciling bank balances with internal records.
- Accurately inputting financial transactions into accounting software, including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank statements.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reviewing and verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy of details and proper coding before processing payments.
- Matching transactions between bank statements and internal records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
