Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy Graduate
- Must be proficient in MS Programs ( Excel, Word & Pivot )
- Must be good at PowerPoint Presentation
- Must be keen on details
- Must be flexible, with initiative and willingness to learn
- With a sense of urgency
Responsibilities:
- Submit timely and accurate Financial Statement & Schedules
- Daily Credit Checking of Sales Order / Daily monitoring of Accounts Receivables
- Check / Validate Monthly Summary of Sales
- Accounts Payable - Accurate and timely processing and check releasing of payments to suppliers, liquidations and revolving fund replenishment
- Monitoring of Revolving and Disbursing Fund - Bank Reconciliation ( Check releasing and Encashment )
- Conduct Monthly Physical Inventory ( DP, Cold Storage, Dry Warehouse ), Quarterly for Fixed Assets & facilitate Monthly Inventory Reconciliation
- Prepare/submit, check and analyze WPR Report
- Monthly Finance Exception Report
