Radix HR is looking for a highly analytical Accounting Assistant – Financial Reporting to support our Finance Team in preparing accurate and timely financial reports. This role reports directly to the Accounting Supervisor and plays a key part in ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support the reconciliation of general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Analyze variances between actual results and budget forecasts
- Coordinate with different departments for proper recording of transactions and supporting documentation
- Maintain organized records of journal entries, supporting schedules, and financial reports
- Help ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal accounting policies
- Assist in external and internal audit requirements, providing all necessary reports and documentation
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy or a related business course
- At least 1 year of experience in general accounting or financial reporting
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
