The F&B Supervisor contributes to company’s success by: You will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high quality standards. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will coordinate with the kitchen and service staff, manage inventory, handle customer inquiries and enforce hygiene and safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. College graduate, preferably Hospitality Management or any related field.
2. Previous experience as F&B Team Leader or Supervisor in a high-volume establishment.
3. With at least one (1) year hands on experience in Customer Service.
4. Proficient in Basic computer applications and point of sale systems.
5. Excellent communication, leadership and team management.
6. Knowledge of industry trends and customer preference Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, preparation techniques and preparations standards.
7. Additional certifications or training in Bartending and Hospitality management are a plus.
Working or Basic Knowledge in:
- MS OFFICE (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva)
- Basic in Inventory Management
- Basic in HOTEL & RESTAURANT SERVICES
- TESDA NC II – Hospitality Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
