Job Title: Food Server
Location: Manly Town Center Plaridel Bypass Rd, Plaridel, Bulacan
Work Schedule: Flexible, includes weekends, holidays, and peak dining hours
Job Summary:
Food Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by coordinating with kitchen and management teams to ensure a seamless dining experience. They play a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Recommend menu items and answer customer inquiries about food and drinks
- Communicate any food allergies or special dietary needs to kitchen staff
- Ensure food is served promptly, correctly, and attractively presented
- Refill beverages and check on customers throughout their meals
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management as needed
- Perform cleaning duties at service stations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces
