Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and attentive Server to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The Server will take orders, serve food and beverages, answer questions about the menu, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Handle payment transactions (cash, card, etc.)
- Clear and clean tables efficiently
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., beverages, desserts)
Requirements:
- Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years experience in F&B industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic math and POS handling skills

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
