Job Summary:
The FP&A Specialist supports the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the holding company and its subsidiaries. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, and providing insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. The FP&A Specialist works closely with business units and group finance to ensure accurate and timely financial information across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including group-level consolidated financials (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Support variance analysis comparing actuals to budget and forecast, and provide explanations to senior management.
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, investment analysis, and business case evaluations.
- Consolidate and validate financial data received from various subsidiaries for group reporting purposes.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Work with other departments (e.g., accounting, operations, procurement) to gather financial inputs and support data-driven decisions.
- Help improve and automate FP&A processes, templates, and reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis—preferably in a multi-entity or holding company environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid understanding of financial statements and business drivers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification or ongoing studies (e.g., CFA, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting software, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP and familiarity with group consolidation processes.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php46,000.00 per month
