Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative and customer service duties. For uniformity and front desk presentation standards, candidates must meet a minimum height of 5'5".
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out (if hospitality-related).
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet client or guest needs.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.
- Perform light administrative duties such as filing, typing, or data entry.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Height Requirement: 5'5" (for uniform appearance and reception area presentation standards)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1+ year experience in a customer-facing or reception/front office role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional grooming and appearance required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with reservation or front desk software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, corporate reception, or client services.
- Familiarity with front desk or property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, etc.).
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
