About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Staff to join the team at Awesome Hotel Inc. in San Juan La Union. This full-time position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in the overall success of our hotel.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming guests and managing the check-in and check-out process
- Handling guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring the front desk area is well-organised
- Assisting with luggage handling and providing concierge services as needed
- Promoting hotel facilities and services to guests
- Adhering to all hotel policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver a consistently high level of service
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in English and the local language
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
