As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to company standards
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area
- Manage stock levels and assist in daily inventory checks
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in café opening and closing duties
Requirements
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a café or coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle peak-hour pressure
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic latte art skills are a plus
